This page is for the information to the public about high colorie food and how much of one type of food you need to eat to be with your daily values. It is also to promote good eating habbits and to help decrease obesity in West Virginia. Every one looks for a fast way to eat. Every one works late or really early so they turn to fast food or snacks. They seem to really good but unless eaten in serving amount they can harm.
If you eat more calories in a day than you burn you will gain weight more often than some one who does eat the same food as you do and does alot more than you.
