1. What can we as educators do, to change or be sensitive to
the needs of our students, fellow co-workers, society-at-large?
2. What are some threats or warnings that a teacher might expect to deal with,
if they were to challenge examples of the following issues in their classes
and with the school administration:
a. Inequities in tracking and grading
b. Curriculum that reveals bias and historical inaccuracies
c. A student discussion about racism
d. Discriminatory hiring practices
3. What forms of Institutional Racism do you recognize in your schools?
4. What can you do to advance an anti-racist perspective?
