The Health Sciences & Technology Academy is an outreach program in West Virginia for underrepresented high school students.

HSTA provides science/math enrichment, a chance to collaborate with health professionals, and tuition waivers upon successful completion of the HSTA program. HSTA students conduct a yearly science project, such as Lifestyles Project. Funding for Lifestyles Project comes from a NIH SEPA grant.
