Walkability Project Opportunity

Here is the description of a potential HSTA project for the 2004-2005 school year through the West Virginia Transporation Technology Transfer Center. The project may contribute to making West Virginia more "walkable." The 2004 HSTA symposium featured two presentations where students did this project last year.

In association with this project, there also is potential to host a "walkable communities workshop" for your community. Here is the flyer for a walkable communties workshop we did last year.
