Support: Joint Governing Board
	A board known as the Joint Governing Board (JGB) shall govern the Health Sciences and Technology Academy project. Community members hold the majority of the voting seats on the JGB. The JGB shall be responsible for all major decisions involving HSTA. The JGB is chaired by a community leader. For details, please see the current Policy and Procedures.
